Black History Month 2024 Assembly – with a special guest!
We’re back with another HUGE assembly, to celebrate Black History Month in school…
The Black History Month Assembly will be live on Zoom for KS1 and KS2 children on Tuesday 15th October at 9:30am, and will feature a very special guest!
Katie Harrison will be joined by BBC Radio 1 Xtra presenter, Swarzy Macaly, to explore this year’s theme, ‘Reclaiming Narratives’, and the power of shared stories and perspectives.
You’ll have the chance to join together with thousands of pupils and their teachers across the country, to celebrate Black history, and reflect on the significance of Black History Month and its impact beyond October.
