Register here Children's Mental Health Week will take place from 3rd - 9th February 2025. This year's theme is 'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself', with a focus on self-awareness and emotional expression. To celebrate, we're hosting another huge live assembly for primary schools, to explore how learning about the world around us can support good mental health. Children will be encouraged to consider how engaging with the wider world using the news can support good mental health, including helping them to establish interests, passions and hobbies, and understanding their emotions and responses. The assembly will be interactive, with the opportunity for schools to share their ideas and ask any questions!
